摘    要:大豆磷脂是大豆油生产过程中的副产品,它是一种理想的多用途天然原料,具有十分独特的功能和作用,并已在许多领域内得到广泛应用.介绍了大豆磷脂的理化特性、制备方法,简述了大豆磷脂在食品、医药保健品、化妆品等工业方面的开发与应用.

Abstract:Soybean phospholipid, which is a by-product,obtained from the process of manufacture of soybean oil is an ideal natural raw material with many uses, it has unique functions,so it has been widely applied in various of fields. The physicochemical properties of soybean phospholipid was introduced, and its applications in many industries, such as food,health products cosmetics, etc., were also described.
