Analysis of the Present Condition of the Implementation of Patented Technology in Large-and Medium-Sized Non-Ferrous Enterprises and the Countermeasures

Presently in the development of patent system, many countries face a common problem: the low rate of implementation of authorized patented technology. On the basis of investigation, the condition of the implementation of patent of large-and medium-sized non-ferrous enterprises is analysed.Some enterprises achieve a high rate which is closely connected with such factors as the management of the patent system,patent-sense of the leaders,and target-oriented patent study.The low rate is due to the nature of patented technology itself,the patented and outside implementing conditions.On this basis, some countermeasures are suggested.
