PW12/SiO2杂多酸复相催化合成三醋酸甘油酯的研究

摘    要:研制了PW12/SiO2杂多酸固相催化剂,并用其复相催化合成三醋酸甘油酯,进而讨论了催化剂的配比、活化温度、用量及重复使用次数对其催化活性的影响,结果表明:该固相杂多酸催化剂不仅对酯化反应有高效催化作用,而且容易回收,并可多次重复使用。

Abstract:PW 12 /SiO 2 heteropoly acid of solid phase catalyzer is worked out, and its heterogeneous catalysis is used to synthesise triacetin. The paper also discusses the ratio match of the catalyzer, activating temperature, dose and the times of repeated use, which has influences on catalytic activity. The result shows that heteropoly acid catalyzer in solid phase not only has a high catalyzed efficiency in esterification, but also is easily recovered, and can be used repeatedly for many times.
