摘 要: | 本文以低纯硼铁合金为主要原料,用铜模铸造的方法制备出FeCoNbSiB块体非晶合金。用差示扫描量热分析(DSC)、X射线衍射(XRD)透射电电子显微镜(TEM)对合金的热物理性能及合金的结构进行了表征。并结合形核理论讨论了合金的玻璃形成能力。

Abstract: | With the low purtity boron ferroalloy as main material, bulk amorphous alloy bar FeCoNbSiB was prepared by the process of casting with copper mould. The physical property and structure of the alloy are characered by DSC, XRD and TEM. And combining nucleate theory, the article discussed the glass formation ability. |
