| 摘 要： | 变容二极管的特性参数在仿真电路中是一项重要的参量，低频范围内可以由使用说明书上获得参数值，但将其使用在射频范围内时无法获得变容二极管准确的射频参数值。这里基于微波网络转移矩阵级联的理论，自制了一个用于变容二极管射频特性参数提取的平台。同时利用Matlab编程计算，经过校验后确保了平台的可行性。最后利用自制的测试平台对一款变容二极管进行了射频特性参数的提取，方法简单，可行性较强，对其他的研究工作具有一定的参考意义。

| Abstract: | Characteristic parameters of varactor play on important in simulation circuit, and the parameters in low frequency can be obtained from datasheet. However it is hard to exact the exact parametric values of varactor in RF （radio frequency）. This paper, based on theories of cascaded transition matrix in microwave network, propose a test platform for extracting the characteristic parameters of varactor. With Matlab for programming calculation, the feasibility of this method is verified. Finally the parameters of varactor calledBBY51-02W is extracted with this test platform. Experiment indicates that this method is simple and effective, and thus of certain reference value for other research tools. |
