摘    要:基于因次分析法和方程分析的相似准则及高斯热源建立TIG焊数值模拟模型,以此模拟了T23与T/P91和TP347H与T/P91两种耐热异种钢中厚板焊接接头的应力场。在T23与T/P91中,低匹配残余拉应力稍高,落在焊缝区,高匹配残余拉应力低,但区域较宽;在TP347H与T/P91中,无论从冶金还是力学的角度来看,镍基匹配的焊接接头性能最好。

Abstract:Based on the similar criterion of exponential analysis and equation analysis and Gauss heat flux, the model of TIG welding temperature field was established, and the residual stress fields of the welded joints of the dissimilar steel of T23 and T/P91, TP347H and T/P91 were simulated. The results show that in the welded joints of T23 and T/P91, when using low match the pull stress is a bit high and lies in the weldment, and when using high match the pull stress is low and the pull stress zone is wide. In welding of TP347H to T/P91, the performance of the welded joint is the best when using nickel match from metallurgy or mechanics.
