| Abstract: | The wide application of long-period fiber gratings(LPGs) in the fields of optical fiber communication and optical fiber sensor is summarized.The strength masking ultraviolet lightdependent photosensitive fiber core writing,coveting mechanism and heat damaging writing are discussed.The application of LPG in the optical fiber communication and optical fiber sensing is analyzed and described with illustrations. |
