摘    要:本文介绍了一种高速波形采集方法,其主要特点是在对波形进行数据采集的同时实现压缩.压缩后的数据在时间上是均匀分布的,既保留了波形的形状,又可保证峰值点不丢失.对于既要以波形峰值为主要处理对象,又要在有限点上进行波形显示的系统,该方法有独到的优点.通过选用FPGA,高速A/D转换器和双端口RAM,该系统采样率可达40Msps.采样速度和压缩比可由微处理器向FPGA写入控制字确定.

Abstract:This article introduces a technique about high-speed wave acquisition, whose main feature is that it can realize wave data compression while data acquisition. The data after compression is even distributed based on time, thus it can keep the waveform and guarantee the peak value not dropping out. Such technique has the unique merit on the system, which has to have the wave peak value as the main processing object and at the same time show the waveform under limited points restriction. This system uses FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array), high-speed A/D converter and dual-port RAM as its core units, the sampling rate can be up to 40Msps. Sampling rate and compression ratio could be determined by writing control word to FPGA through microprocessor.
