电动汽车参与电力系统优化调度的谈判策略

摘    要:以电动汽车为代表的灵活电力负荷参与电力系统优化调度可以改善系统运行的经济性,对于这类负荷电力公司或相关管理机构应给予适当的经济激励。考虑到电动汽车代理商与电力系统调度机构之间的信息不对称,这部分经济激励应该由电力公司和电动汽车车主代理通过谈判来确定。在此背景下,研究了电动汽车代理商与电力公司针对电动汽车参与日前优化调度的谈判策略。首先,建立了计及电动汽车代理商参与系统优化调度的数学模型和电动汽车代理商的充电需求模型。之后,根据电动汽车代理商和电力公司分别对电动汽车参与系统优化调度为电力公司带来的收益和电动汽车代理可能遭受的损失的估计,分别给出了其谈判报价策略和报价调整策略。最后,以修改的IEEE 30节点系统为例,对所提出的电动汽车代理商谈判策略进行了仿真分析,说明了所提方法的基本特征。

Abstract:The employment of flexible electric loads such as electric vehicles (EVs) in power system optimal dispatching could improve the operation economics of the power system concerned. For this type of load, the electric power company or related management agency should give appropriate economic incentives. Since neither the EV aggregators nor the electric power company are sure about the profits or costs of the other side for scheduling the EV charging loads, a negotiation process can be introduced to work out reasonable economic rewards. Against this background, the negotiation strategies between the EV aggregators and the power company are studied for the participation of EV in day-ahead optimal dispatching. First, the optimal dispatching model considering the participation of the EV aggregators and the charging load model for the EV aggregators are developed. The negotiation bidding strategies and the bidding adjusting strategies between the EV aggregators and the power company are proposed next based on their expectations of possible economic revenues of the power company and possible losses suffered by the EV aggregators through dispatching the EV charging loads. Finally, with the modified IEEE 30-bus system as an example, the negotiation strategies developed are simulated and analyzed to account for the basic characteristics of the strategies.
