摘    要:以柴油、乳化剂、纳米二氧化硅为主要原料,配制了一种可用于油田选择性堵水用的纳米粒子稳定反相乳液,考察多种因素对其性能的影响。实验结果表明,乳化剂用量对乳状液粘度影响不大,其用量选择2%较合适;油相中纳米二氧化硅用量增加,乳状液粘度随之增加,当油相中纳米二氧化硅含量低于0.2%时,乳状液粘度随温度升高而上升,添加少量纳米二氧化硅即可改变乳状液粘-温特性;调节油水体积比可调整乳状液的粘度,并且当水油比大于4:1时,乳状液的粘度急剧上升;氯化钠加入也导致乳状液的粘度随温度的增加而升高。

Abstract:Nano - particle stabilized inverse emulsion used for selective water shutoff in oilfields was prepared using diesel, emulsifier, and nano - silicon dioxide as main materials. The effects of various factors on its properties were investigated. The experimental results indicated that there was little effect of emulsifier dosage on emulsion viscosity, and the suitable dosage of emulsifier was 2% based on the mass of oil. The emulsion viscosity increased with the increase of the dosage con dioxide in oil phase was less than 0.2%, the of nano - particles in oil phase and while the content of sili- viscosity of emulsion increased with the rise of temperature. The viscosity - temperature profile would be changed immediately by adding a small amount of the nano - particles of silicon dioxide in oil phase. The emulsion viscosity could be adjusted by altering the volume ratio of oil - water and would increase rapidly when the ratio of oil - water was more than 4 : 1. The addition of NaCI in the emulsion gave rise to the viscosity increase of emulsion with the increase of temperature.
