| 摘 要： | 为适应电力市场的发展，必须开展华东二期电力市场建设方案研究。二期市场新增交易品种的选择是研究重点之一。从必要性和可行性的角度出发，分析了二期市场中的实物交易、金融性交易等品种，并对相应的价格形成机制和结算时序进行了研究。
