降膜脱酚提纯双酚A

摘    要:研究使用新型降膜管用脱酚法提纯双酚A过程,考察分析了温度、真空度、降液密度、汽提等情况对脱酚效果的影响。发现在224℃,真空度666.6Pa,降液密度500~1000kg/(mh),氮气加入量为2.4kg/kg双酚A的情况下,经过两次降膜脱酚可以把双酚A中的苯酚含量降到(2~4)×10-5。

Abstract:In this paper,the dephenolizing effect of temperature,vacuum,falling liquid density,stripping,etc.on the process of purifying bisphenol A by falling film evaporator with a special falling film tube was studied.The content of phenol in bisphenol A product can be decreased to (2~4)×10 -5 after twice operation at 224℃,and under a vacuum of 666.6Pa,the falling liquid density is 500~1000kg·(m·h) -1 ,and the amount of nitrogen added is 2.4kg/kg bisphenol A.
