摘    要:运用预先危险性分析(PHA)理论对城市控制爆破工程安全评价的内容和方法进行了探讨,建立了城市控制爆破作业单元危险性评价表。在城市控制爆破工程中开展安全评价,可对爆破系统中的危险因素与危害因素进行辨识和分析、判断系统发生事故的可能性和严重程度,为制定防范措施和管理决策提供科学依据。本研究对保证城市控制爆破的安全施工、减小爆破事故危害有一定参考意义。

Abstract:The methods and content of safety assessment of controlled blasting engineering in city are systematical discussed based on Preliminary Hazard Analysis(PHA),establishing a list of hazard assessment of the operation unit of controlled blasting in city.Risks and hazard factors of blasting system can be distinguished and analyzed by the safety assessment so as to determine the possibility of accident occurrence and its severe degree in the blasting system,and hence offering a scientific foundation of preparing protective measures and management policies.Besides,it is of a reference meaning both for reducing dangers resulting from blasting accidents and for ensuring the controlled blasting in city to be operated safely.
