| Abstract: | This paper introduces the concept, system structure and characteristic of Simulation on Demand (SOD). And then a detailed discussion is made on web-based SOD mechanism. Above the basis, the author combines modern object-oriented programming languages with intelligent agent technologies, and it is used to solve the the problems among SOD system such as time synchronization, object-inde- pendent interobject communication, event handling, and observation and control of simulation objects and etc. |
