| 摘 要： | 通过对住宅工程质量分户验收制度在过程控制中出现的一些问题的剖析,明确了住宅工程质量分户验收的概念,提出了进一步完善标准及规范的建议,探讨了引进第三方机构参与分户验收的模式,从而避免分户验收执行走弯路,使这项新的制度更加完善。

| Abstract: | Analyzing some problems in the process control of residential acceptance standards, the concept of residential quality acceptance is confirmed, suggestions on how to perfect the standards is put forward, discussion is made on bring the third part into the residential acceptance, so as to avoid the residential acceptance go to the wrong way, make this system better. |
