快速凝固AZ91镁合金的组织与压缩性能

摘    要:本文研究了AZ91镁合金在水、饱和盐液和液氮等冷却介质条件下快速凝固的微观组织及压缩性能,并讨论了它们之间的关系。研究发现随冷却速度的增大,镁基固溶体相增多,Mg17Al12相的分数减少,在液氮冷却条件下,可获得近乎单相固溶体组织;快速凝固AZ91镁合金材料的压缩强度均高于普通铸态条件下的,并且随冷却速度的增大,压缩性能有所降低。

Abstract:The microstructure and compressing properties of rapid solidified AZ91 magnesium alloys using water,saturated brine,liquid nitrogen were investigated.And the relationship between the structures and the properties was discussed.The results showed that the solid solubility phase increased with the increasing cooling rate and the fraction of Mg17Al12 decreased.The single phase solid solubility can be obtained under the cooling condition of liquid nitrogen.The compression strengths of rapid solidified AZ91 magnesium were higher than those of cast conditions.And the compression properties decreased with the increasing cooling rate.
