基于遗传算法的工程项目投资方案优选模型

摘    要:通过类似虚拟企业伙伴选择的机制,在考虑方案本身优劣的同时,寻求最匹配的组合来达到整体方案最优的目标.分析了子项目方案间的相互影响关系,在考虑投资额和工期两个因素的基础上,从项目整体最优的角度,建立了项目总体决策方案优选的成本最小化模型,并采用遗传算法给予求解,最后,通过一个算例证明了模型的实用性和算法的有效性.

Abstract:Through the similar method of partners selection of virtual enterprisers, the best matching combination is searched to gain the aim of the best overall scheme. Based on considering the two factors of cost and time, an optimal model of scheme to minimize project-cost is proposed. By using a genetic algorithm the problem is resolved. Finally, the effectiveness of the algorithm and the practicability of the model is illustrated with a calculation example.
