| 摘 要： | 对三种灯芯绒织物采用传统冷轧堆和低碱冷轧堆前处理工艺进行比较。发现低碱前处理工艺中采用DKB-321助剂，可降低烧碱用量50％，省去精练剂、水玻璃稳定剂等助剂，既节约成本，又减少污染。采用低碱冷轧堆前处理工艺加工处理的灯芯绒织物，手感柔软、绒感丰富、色泽鲜艳，但棉蜡去除不彻底。

| Abstract: | Pretreatment of three corduroy fabrics was carried out by conventional cold pad-batch process and cold pad-batch process with low alkali, results of two methods were compared. It was found that in low alkali pretreatment, with the help of DKB-32! auxiliary, the amount of caustic soda can be reduced to 50%, in addition, scouring agent and stabilizer for sodium silicate are not necessary. This innovative pretreatment can impart corduroy fabric soft and velvet handle, brilliant shade but a certain wax residue. |
