摘    要:设计研究了一种适合于矿山回风井风量间接测定装置,该装置是由感压与导压组件、测压组件或通风在线监测系统构成。感压与导压组件包括外环、中间环、内环,外环的内侧侧面设有感静压孔,中间环、内环的底部设有感全压孔;测压组件由带刻度的静压U型管、全压U型管、静压压力传感器、全压压力传感器、静压三通、全压三通构成。风流压力经导压软管与U型管及压力传感器连接以测定全压与静压,再根据公式计算出回风井风量。装置具有结构简单、操作方便实用、测定安全可靠、测量数据准确、风量计算简单等优点。

Abstract:A kind of indirect measurement device which is suitable for measuring the air volume in mine ventilation shaft is designed.The device is composed of pressure sensing and guiding components,pressure measuring assembly and ventilation on-line monitoring system.The pressure sensing and guiding components include outer ring,middle ring and inner ring.It is equipped with a static pressure sensing hole at the inner side of the outer ring,with a full pressure sensing hole at the bottom of the middle ring and inner ring; The pressure measuring component consists of a graduated hydrostatic pressure U-shaped tube,a full-pressure U-shaped tube,a static pressure sensor,a full-pressure sensor,a static pressure T-junction,and a full pressure T-junction.The air flow pressure is connected with the U-tube and the pressure sensor through the pressure guiding hose to determine the full pressure and static pressure,and then air volume in the mine ventilation shaft is calculated by the formula.This device has the advantages of simple structure,convenient operation,safety and reliability,accurate measurement data,and simple calculation of air volume etc.
