基于Unity3D的采矿方法动态仿真系统研发

摘    要:采矿工程教学交互仿真系统研究受到国内外采矿学者的广泛重视。针对采矿方法的动态仿真需求,研究采矿方法动态交互仿真的框架及功能需求,提出二维曲线挤出实体建模技术,为采矿方法动态仿真提供模型支撑;基于渲染器重写等可视化算法,将巷道掘进、炮孔钻进以及爆破过程动态可视化;利用坐标转换算法,实现了旋转、拖拽、平移及固定视角转化等用户交互操作。依托3d Max和Unity3D软件,针对VCR采矿方法进行动态仿真系统实现,通过碰撞体组件选择、控制代码优化等仿真系统性能优化方法,减轻计算机运行负担,提升了仿真效果和运行速度,为采矿行业交互仿真系统搭建提供可靠借鉴。

Abstract:The research on interactive simulation system of mining engineering is widely regarded by domestic and foreign mining scholars.In order to solve the dynamic simulation requirements of mining methods,the framework and function requirements of dynamic interactive simulation of mining methods are studied,the modeling technology is proposed,called Two-Dimensional Curve Extrudes Solid,which provides model support for dynamic simulation of mining method; Based on the renderer rewrite and other visualization algorithms,the road tunneling,borehole drilling and blasting process are dynamically visualized; The coordinate transformation algorithm is used to achieve the rotation,drag,translation and fixed perspective conversion and other user interaction.Based on 3dMax and Unity3D software,the dynamic simulation system is realized based on VCR mining method,and the performance of the simulation system is improved through the selection of the collision component selection and code optimization,which reduces the burden of the computer and improves the simulation effect and speed.Finally,the system provides a reliable reference for the interactive simulation system of mining industry.
