摘    要:为解决矿山充填管道磨损严重而影响充填系统的稳定性的技术难题,采用现场调研、理论分析和数字模拟等方法对深井充填管道磨损机理进行了深入研究。研究确定了钻孔管道的主要磨损形式,利用控制变量法定量分析了不同影响因素对管道磨损的影响程度。提出了计算垂直钻孔管道中自由下落段高度的方法,建立了料浆对钻孔入口以及底部直角弯管的冲击力与磨损量的物理力学模型,确定了相关磨损位置的磨损区域大小。从动量、能量以及料浆相变理论等多角度探讨了充填管道的磨损机理,优化了管壁单位面积耗能量的计算式,提出了垂直钻孔自由下落段空气区内气体循环流动概念,并建立气体流动物理模型。

Abstract:In order to solve the technical difficulties in keeping stability of the filling system influenced by serious wear of pipeline,deep studies on the wear mechanism of backfilling pipeline were made by means of site investigation,theoretical analysis and digital simulation.The main wear forms of drilling pipe were determined,and the influence degree of different factors on pipeline wear was quantitatively analyzed by using the control variable method.A new method to calculate the height of slurry free fall area in vertical drilling pipe was given,the physical and mechanical model of impact force and wear loss from slurry at borehole entrance and bottom right-angle bend was set up,and the wear space at relevant wear position was determined.After discussion on the wear mechanism of pipeline via momentum,energy and slurry phase transition theory,the energy consumption formula of the pipeline wall per unit area was optimized,an air circulation flow concept for slurry free fall area in vertical drillhole was put forward,and a physical model about gas flow was established.
