摘    要:以钨酸锌/有机酸性添加剂为催化体系,在无有机溶剂、相转移剂的情况下,以质量分数30%过氧化氢为氧源,催化氧化环己烯合成己二酸,考察了有机酸性添加剂的种类和反应时间对反应的影响。结果表明,当钨酸锌:有机酸性添加剂:环己烯:过氧化氢摩尔比为1:1:40:176,钨酸锌用量为2.5 mmol时,钨酸锌/磺基水杨酸催化体系的催化效果最优,反应8 h时,己二酸产率达81.8%,纯度为99.6%。该催化剂重复使用5次后,己二酸产率仍可达到68%。

Abstract:In the absence of organic solvent and phase transfer agent,the catalytic oxidation of cyclohexene to adipic acid with aquous 30% hydrogen peroxide as oxygen resource can be efficiently catalyzed by the catalyst system of zinc tungstate and organic acidic additive.The effects of the variety of organic acidic additive and the reaction time on the reaction were studied.The results showed that the optimal catalytic efficiency of zinc tungstate/sulfosalicylic acid catalyst system can be achieved when the mole ratio of zinc tungstate,organic acidic additive,cyclohexene and hydrogen peroxide was 1140176 and the amount of zinc tungstate was 2.5 mmol.The yield of adipic acid was 81.8% and the purity up to 99.6% in 8 h.The yield of adipic acid can be still 68% as the catalyst system was used repeatedly 5 times.
