固相萃取技术在汞离子分析中的应用

摘    要:汞离子广泛存在我们生存的环境中,使人类和生物的持续生存和繁衍受到威胁。近年来,环境样品中汞离子的危害性及其分析测定问题成为人们日益关注的热点。由于环境样品的复杂性使得测定的灵敏度和选择性受到限制。作为一种样品前处理技术,固相萃取技术因其独特的优势在环境分析中得到了广泛的应用。本文在介绍了固相萃取技术的一般原理后,综述了固相萃取技术在汞离子分析中的应用。
