硫胺素改性膨润土对生活污水中有机物吸附性能的研究

摘    要:采用膨润土为原料,硫胺素为改性剂,制备新型改性膨润土—硫胺素改性膨润土.运用X射线、红外、扫描电镜对制备的改性膨润土进行表征.得到最佳工艺条件为:废水pH =3,改性土投加量3 g/L,搅拌时间70 min,有机污染物质量浓度232 mg/L,生活污水的COD去除率为87.45%,剩余COD值为57 mg/L,可达标排放.改性膨润土对生活污水的热力学吸附过程同时适用Langmuir模型和Freundlich模型.

Abstract:A series of bentonite and thiamine were used as raw material. And a new type of modified bentonites was prepared. Then the modified bentonite was characterized by XRD, IR and SEM. The results showed that removal efficiency of COD reached 87.45 % under the optimum conditions of modified ben- tonite amount of 3 g/L,pH of 3, stirring time of 70 min,organic load of 232 mg/L. The COD value of wastewater was reduced to 57 mg/L, which met the national discharge standards. The thermodynamics ad- sorption process of modified bentonite in the domestic sewage completely followed Langmuir and Freundl- ich isotherm.
