摘    要:实验制备的产物为用于造纸使用的湿强剂。在酸性条件下合成,制备的产物是以壳聚糖和环氧氯丙烷为主体,根据反应机理,加入不同试剂,生成效果不同的产物,最后通过成纸测定其物理指标,从而预判定较优的合成路线。最优一组为加入丙三醇试剂一组,其平均干强度为36.16N、湿强度7.13N、湿强度/干强度19.73%,并且其三组中有两组湿强度/干强度超过20%,分别为20.65%和24.02%。湿强纸的定义为湿强度/干强度(抗张强度)>20%,在受潮或水中浸泡还能保持15%以上的干强度的纸。因此可知此方法制备的造纸助剂对纸张强度有增强效果。

Abstract:Product of this experiment preparation is used for paper wet strength agent, this experiment under the condition of acid synthesis, preparation is a product Of chitosan and epichlorohydrin as the main body, then according to the reaction mechanism, to join different reagents, generation effect of different products, the paper determined through the physical indexes, so as to determine the optimal synthetic route, the optimal a set of five groups to join a group of glycerol reagent, the average 36.16 N dry strength and wet strength 7.13 N, dry/wet strength strength by 19.73% , and the third group has two sets of wet/dry strength strength more than 20%, 20.65% and 24.02% ,The definition of wet strength of paper wet strength/dry strength (tensile strength) 〉 20%, in be affected with damp be affected with damp or water soaking could keep more than 15% of the dry strength of paper. So know the method of preparation of papermaking additives is enhancement effect for paper strength.
