摘    要:在对酚醛树脂合成的研究中,讨论反应时间、反应温度、催化剂用量及甲醛与苯酚摩尔比4个因素对树脂性能的影响.结果表明:随着反应温度的升高,反应时间的增加,催化剂用量增大,树脂的黏度和固含量增加,凝胶时间降低,游离甲醛含量降低;随甲醛与苯酚摩尔比的提高,树脂的黏度和固含量增加,凝胶时间降低,游离甲醛含量升高.酚醛树脂最佳合成条件:反应温度90℃,反应时间3h,催化剂Ba(OH)2用量8 g,n(甲醛)/n(苯酚)为1.6.

Abstract:On the study of the synthesis of phenolic resin,it discussed the effect of reaction temperature, reaction time, the amount of catalyst as well as the mole ratio of formaldehyde to phenol on the properties of phenolic resin. The results showed that the higher reaction temperature was and the longer reaction time was, the more catalyst resulted in the bigger viscosity, the higher solid content was, the shorter gel time of the resin was and the lower content of free formaldehyde in the resin was; the larger mole ratio of formal- dehyde to phenol resulted in the bigger viscosity, the higher solid content was, the shorter gel time of the resin was and the higher content of free formaldehyde in the resin was. It was determined by the experi- ment that the best synthesis conditions of phenolic resin were reaction temperature 90 ~C, reaction time 3 h and the amount of catalyst 8 g, formaldehyde/phenol 1.6.
