PVC/PS共混发泡阻燃材料的研究

摘    要:以聚氯乙烯和聚苯乙烯为基体树脂,采用塑化、挤出等工艺,得到两种树脂的共混发泡材料.由于PVC的阻燃性,PVC的加入则直接影响材料的阻燃性.讨论两种树脂在不同配比下的力学性能和阻燃效果;在确定两种基体树脂的配比之后,研究配方中发泡剂、调节剂和发泡温度对材料发泡效果的影响,并用扫描电镜观察材料的泡孔形态;最后研究加工助剂对配方体系加工流变性的影响.得到利于加工的共混发泡材料,其密度为0.501 g/cm-3,燃烧氧指数31.7%.

Abstract:With polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and polystyrene as matrix resin, bying using technologies such as the plasticizing and extrusion, two kinds of resin blend foam material were obtained. Because of the flame retardant PVC, the joining of PVC would directly influence the material flame retardancy, and two kinds of resin in different proportion of the mechanical properties and flame retardant effect were dis- k cussed. After the determination of the two kinds Of matrix resin ratio, the effects of the foaming agent, reg- ulator and foaming temperature on the foaming materials were studied, and scanning electron microscopy (sem) was used to observe material bubble hole form. The final research was on the influence of process- ing aid on the processing rheological property of formulation system ,getting density of 0,501 g/cm-3 and burning oxygen index 31.7 %, which was beneficial to the process of blending foaming materials.
