摘    要:建立了采用ICP—AES分析方法测定钛铁中硅锰铝磷这四种元素的方法。样品用硝酸和氢氟酸一起加入进行溶解,在选定的测量条件下测定溶液中硅锰铝磷的浓度。用本法对同一试样中硅锰铝磷进行11次平行测定,得到相对标准偏差分别为0.23,O.37,0.74,3.06。选取标准样品YSBCl8604—08进行加标回收试验,硅锰铝磷的回收率分别为94%,104%,106%,95%。

Determination of Si,Mn, AI,and P in Ferrotitanium by ICP -AES

Abstract:A method for the determination of Si, Mn, AI, and P in ferrotitanium by ICP - AES was proposed. Sample was dissolved in nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid. Si, Mn, A1, and P in ferrotitanium were determined by ICP -AES in selected measuring conditions . Apply this method to the parallel determination of Si, Mn, A1, and P in the same ferrotitanium samples 11 times, and get the relative standard deviations O. 23,0.37,0.74,3.06, respectively . Select standard sample YSBC18604 - 08 to carry out the standard addition recovery experiment and get the recoveries of Si, Mn, A1, and P 94%, 104%, 106%, 95% , respectively.
