摘    要:以工业废料硼泥和赤泥为原料,采用煅烧和盐碱共融法制备以Mg/Al水滑石为主要成分的环保阻燃剂.通过X射线衍射、红外光谱和热分析,对产物进行分析和表征.同时将不同硼泥和赤泥配比及不同煅烧温度所制备的环保阻燃剂添加到橡胶中研究其对橡胶力学性能、物理机械性能和耐阻燃性能的影响.结果表明:制得的产品符合Mg/AI水滑石的结构特征,且作为环保阻燃剂应用于三元乙丙橡胶中,明显提高了阻燃性能.此种阻燃剂与传统的阻燃剂相比具有环保、成本低、效果好等优点.

Abstract:This research used boron mud and gray aluminum to generate environmental friendly flame retardants with Mg/A1 layered double hydroxide as the major component via the method of calcination and melt blending. The products were analyzed and represented by XRD, Fr-IR and thermal analysis. Meanwhile, we studied the mechanical property ,physical mechanical properties and resistance to fire per- formance of the rubber, which included hydrotalcite prepared by the best ratio and different proportions of boron mud and red mud. The results showed that the generated product satisfied the structure characteris- tics of Mg/A1 layered double hydroxide, and demonstrated it significantly improved burning behaviour when applied to ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber (EPDM)as environmental friendly flame re- tardants. Comparing to the traditional flame retardant magnesium hydroxide and aluminum hydroxides, this had the advantages of being environmental friendly, and had low cost and better performance.
