| 摘 要： | 专利文献在相关研究领域具有重要的借鉴作用。通过对2000~2011年在我国申请的天麻发明专利进行统计分析,分析专利的内容、年限分布、授权量及申请人分布等情况,从而反映我国对天麻开发利用的知识产权状况,并揭示天麻开发利用的发展方向。
