| 摘 要： | 对一起油罐车灌装柴油时发生闪爆事故进行了分析，原因是油罐车在换装油品前清洗不干净，残存有汽油蒸气，且达到爆炸下限，静电经罐车内壁残留的尖端铁削释放而引发的闪爆事故。预防事故的发生，最好能实现油罐车专车专用，清除油罐车内壁的金属突出物，严格控制油品流速，防止喷溅式装油，做好静电接地，减少静电的产生和积聚，以防静电放电产生的事故。

| Abstract: | A case of tank steam explosion is analyzed.Because of incomplete tank cleaning before oil shift,the content of residual gasoline steam amounted to the limit of explosion.When static spark appeared,the steam explosion accident happened.To prevent the accident,it is recommended that specific tank should be used for specific oils,the inner metal protuberance of tanks should be removed,and flow speed of oils should be controlled to avoid spray.Grounding is also essential to reduce static and prevent static accidents. |
