| Abstract: | The capacity of electrolytic aluminum in China is rapidly increased along with the rapid increase of China's economics, which has brought a wide attention in the society. The paper analyzes it with SCP, normal form for the analysis of industry, points out the existing problems and makes suggestions on the adjustment of industrial policy. |
