采区化水采工艺系统在通化矿业集团六道江井的实践

摘    要:“常规型”水采存在初期投资大、井上下煤水大、循环运转电耗高、煤水污染等缺点.采区化水采工艺系统的研究打破了原水采落、运、提、脱常规型工艺模式,彻底取消了煤水提升系统和地面煤泥脱水系统,实现了煤水在井下采区内循环复用,煤泥在采区内脱水回收,使生产环节大为简化.

Abstract:There exists many short comings in conventional water mining type,such as a large initial investment,a lot of coal and water up and down the well,the high power consumption during circulatory,the coal and water pollution and so on.The study of mining production technology of water breaks down the conventional model which mainly includes dropping,transporting,lifting and off and entirely cancels the coal and water elevate system and the dewatering system of the coal slime on the ground.The study realizes the cyclical multiplexing of the coal water on the ground and the dehydration recovery of the coal slime in the mining areas.Through using this technology,the production process is greatly simplified.
