| 摘 要： | 本文在介绍了BIM理念的基础上，根据陈翔路地道工程的特点及优点，分析了BIM在工程总承包工程中的应用，并对研究过程中遇到的问题进行归纳。得出了BIM在模型可视化、施工进度模拟、基于模型出图、碰撞检查以及工程量统计等方面具有一定辅助作用，为BIM在工程总承包项目管理中的应用提供了参考价值。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the BIM concept firstly. According to the features and advantages of the authentic of Chen Xiang Road, this paper analyzes the application of BIM in the EPC project, and summaries the problems in the research. According to the research, the BIM model can be used fully in the EPC project. In the last, it can aid design and construction, and it can provide some reference value for the EPC project management. |
