| 摘 要： | 文章对丹东边境经济合作区土地集约利用水平进行评价,并根据评价结果分析其影响因素或原因,为开发区土地利用提供决策依据。采用文献资料法、因果分析法和AHP方法。结果表明:(1)用地结构不合理和用地效益偏低是影响丹东边境经济合作区土地集约利用的主要原因;(2)工业用地建设强度相对较低。

| Abstract: | The intensive utilization of land in Dandong boundary economic cooperation zone was appraised with methods of causality analysis and analytic hierarchy process.The factors that affect the intensive utilization were analyzed.The results show that the unreasonable land utilization structure and low utilization benefit are main reasons leading to the bad intensive utilization.Besides,the construction intensity for industrial usage is relatively low. |
