转型期我国城市新区的空间效应及机理研究

摘    要:城市新区的开发建设在城市空间增长中发挥了极其重要的作用。通过选取全国地级以上城市所属483个城市新区作为研究对象,论文分析了转型期我国城市新区空间效应的主要特征,具体包括:(1)城市新区促使城市功能出现分化和外迁,并在郊区形成综合化集聚;(2)城市新区引起人口空间的流动与重构;(3)城市新区带来城市空间形态的多样化;(4)城市新区促成区域城镇空间的组群集聚。最后,论文初步探讨了城市新区的空间增长机理,包括新区空间生产、空间自组织与他组织的协作与博弈、城市资源与空间要素的供给与需求、空间触媒作用等。

Abstract:The emergence and development of new urban district plays an important role in urban spatial growth.Through selecting 483 new urban districts as research object for analysis,the main conclusion of the paper includes the following aspects:(1)the new urban district produces important effect on urban function differentiation and reconfiguration;(2)the new urban district leads to the population flow and reconstruction between central city and new urban district;(3)the new urban district leads to evolution effect of urban spatial morphology,such as enhancing of urban uni-center spatial structure,formation of urban multi-center spatial structure,and development of urban combined city spatial structure;(4)the new urban district leads to spatial connection and cluster gathering of new urban district.Finally,this paper also gives a preliminary discussion on spatial growth mechanism which contains the spatial production,the coordination and game of spatial self-organization and organization,the supply and demand of urban resources and spatial elements,and the spatial catalyst mechanism.
