城乡一体化的“实践逻辑”与“实践过程”

为有效破除城乡二元结构体制机制障碍,在具体举措方面,各地实践尚有拓展空间。在浙江德清,土地使用和设计决策层面的探索创新是其实施城乡一体化改革的突出亮点。据此,本文提炼出实践社会学视野下"实践逻辑与实践过程相交织"的分析框架,并关注其间动态辩证关系。对于国家层面城乡一体化改革推进而言,浙江案例结论是否具有见微知著与"一叶落而知全秋"的功效,尚有待于进一步观察和检验。

URBAN-RURAL INTEGRATION: LOGIC AND PROCESS OF PRACTICE

In order to effectively break down the institutional barriers of urban-rural dual structure,many measures can be taken in local practices.The exploration and innovation of land use and design decision-making is the highlight in the urban-rural integration reform of Deqing County,Zhejiang Province.Based on an empirical study of the county,this paper develops an analytical framework consisting of the logic and process of practice from the perspective of Practical Sociology,and attaches importance to the dynamic dialectical relationship between them.However,it cannot be concluded that the result is enough regarding the reform of urban-rural integration at the national level,instead it has to be tested in further reform practices.
