摘    要:圆柱滚子轴承由于其线接触特点被广泛应用于各类低速重载工况下的大型设备中,其运行性能和稳定性与滚子和内外圈间的接触润滑状态密切相关;基于等效刚度的超声法可用于实际工况的滚子轴承弹流润滑油膜厚度测量,但无法直接适用于低速重载工况下流体润滑和粗糙峰接触共存的混合润滑状态膜厚测量。为此,提出了一种混合润滑状态下的超声测量方法,建立了界面油膜刚度和粗糙体接触刚度的并联模型,通过引入接触系数并结合经验公式对超声法所测界面总刚度进行分解,获取混合润滑状态下的油膜刚度,进而得到更加准确的油膜厚度。将实验结果和理论结果的对比分析,验证了该模型的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:Cylindrical roller bearings are widely used in various types of large equipment under low speed and heavy load conditions due to their linear contact characteristics.Their operating performance and stability are closely related to the contact lubrication state between rollers and the inner or outer rings.The ultrasonic method based on equivalent stiffness can be used to measure the thickness of elastohydrodynamic lubrication film of roller bearings under actual working conditions.But it cannot be directly applied to the measurement of oil film thickness in mixed lubrication state under low speed and heavy load conditions.Therefore, an ultrasonic measurement method under mixed lubrication was proposed in this paper, and the parallel model of interface oil film stiffness and rough body contact stiffness was established.By introducing the contact coefficient and combining with the empirical formula, the total interface stiffness measured by ultrasonic method was decomposed to get the oil film stiffness under mixed lubrication state.Then a more accurate oil film thickness was obtained.Finally, through comparing the experimental and theoretical results, the feasibility and validity of the proposed model were verified.
