RV减速器振动特性分析

摘    要:为了研究RV减速器的振动特性,建立了RV-20E型RV减速器的刚柔耦合动力学虚拟样机模型,利用灰色关联度分析了样机的准确性。之后通过模态分析,分析了RV减速器的整机模态频率、振型等。进一步使用有限元方法对RV减速器进行了瞬态动力学分析,得到了不同工况下的仿真信号,并与试验测得的不同转速、负载下RV减速器的加速度振动信号进行对比,仿真分析结果与试验结果吻合度较高。分析结果表明负载对RV减速器振动的影响较小,而转速对于RV减速器的振动有明显影响。

Abstract:In order to study vibration characteristics of a RV reducer, a rigid-flexible coupled dynamic virtual prototype model of a RV-20E reducer was established, and the correctness of the prototype was analyzed with the grey correlation. Then, modal frequencies and modal shapes of the RV reducer are analyzed with the modal analysis. Furthermore, a transient dynamic analysis of the RV reducer was performed using the finite element method. Simulated response signals under different operation conditions were obtained, and compared with acceleration vibration signals of the reducer under different rotating speeds and loads. Simulation analysis results agreed better with those of test investigation. The analysis results showed that load has a less effect on RV reducer’s vibration, while rotating speed obviously affects that.
