| 摘 要： | 随着汽车工业和公路交通事业的发展,产生了大量的废橡胶和废旧沥青混合料.为实现废物资源的综合利用,以废橡胶为原料,在增塑剂DOP和糠醛抽出油组成的轻组分助剂中采用微波降解和助溶处理技术制备沥青再生剂(RA),应用RA分别对老化沥青及废旧沥青混合料进行再生试验,并对其作用机理进行了分析.结果表明,利用废橡胶微波处理制备的RA对老化沥青具有再生作用,10%的再生剂用量可以有效补充老化沥青缺失的组分,恢复其胶体结构及流变性能;再生沥青混合料的高低温性能、水稳性以及抗老化性能均满足沥青路面的技术要求.
