ZLJ-6型机载临时支护装置的研究与分析

摘    要:建立了ZLJ-6型机载临时支护装置的虚拟样机模型,对其结构和工作原理进行了详细的说明,介绍了此机载临时支护装置的液压系统及其工作原理。给出了ZLJ-6型机载临时支护装置的基本参数,并根据这些参数进行了相关计算。最后对机载临时支护的顶板进行了有限元分析。结果表明该机载临时支护装置具有较高的适用性和可靠性。

Abstract:Established the virtual prototype of ZLJ-6 provisional shoring machine,introduces its structure and working principle in detail,then describes the hydraulic system and work principle of the provisional shoring machine.Given the basic parameters of the ZLJ-6 provisional shoring machine,and conducted correlation calculation according to these parameters.Finally carried on the finite element analysis to the roof of the provisional shoring machine.The results show that the provisional shoring machine has high applicability and reliability.
