褐煤水煤浆气化分析

摘    要:褐煤水煤浆气化是一种高效褐煤加工技术,用途广泛,尤其在制氢、制甲醇、合成氨领域优势明显,市场前景广阔。而水煤浆浓度对气化效率及系统总成本有着显著影响,水煤浆浓度越高,气化效率越高,系统总成本大大降低,如何制得高浓度水煤浆成为当前研究的重点。

Abstract:Water coal slurry gasification of lignite is a kind of high efficient lignite processing technology with many uses,particularly in hydrogen production,methanol production,ammonia synthesis field.The market prospect is broad.While the concentration of coal water slurry has a significant impact on the total cost and the gasification efficiency.The higher the concentration of coal water slurry is,the higher gasification efficiency is,the lower total system cost reduced.How to make high concentration coal water slurry becomes the focus of current research.
