摘    要:以山西省唐山沟煤矿12#煤层8208工作面的11208带式输送机顺槽巷为工程背景,分析下煤层回采巷道受上方遗留煤柱应力集中影响下的围岩应力分布规律,采用理论分析和UDEC离散元数值模拟相结合的方法,研究得出11#煤层遗留煤柱产生的应力集中对下方12#煤层11208带式输送机巷的影响、11208带式输送机巷在掘进和回采过程的围岩应力分布情况、确定12#煤层回采巷道合理位置、提出采用锚杆+桁架锚索联合支护形成的锚固结构对围岩的约束作用,实现有效控制巷道围岩变形。工程实践验证了该支护指导思想和技术的科学性。

Abstract:To 11208 roadway in 12#coal seam 8208 face in Tangshangou coal mine in Shanxi engineering background,analysis by lower coal seam rock stress distribution under the pillar above the legacy impact of stress concentration,using theoretical analysis and numerical simulation UDEC discrete element method of combining research results legacy 11#coal pillar generated stress concentration below 12#11208 belt Lane on coal impact,11208 belt Lane stress distribution in rock excavation and mining process to determine the 12#coal seam reasonable position,proposed the use of the role of anchor bolt + restraint anchor combined support truss structure formed on the rock,to achieve effective control of roadway deformation.Engineering practice verified the scientific and technical support of the guiding ideology.
