薄煤层泵送矸石充填材料性能研究及应用

摘    要:为了获得薄煤层泵送矸石充填材料的最优配合比,通过一系列单轴抗压强度试验,比较分析不同基准配合比条件下水泥和CaO的掺量对充填体强度的影响。工程实践表明,C1661充填工作面的岩层移动控制效果良好,基本没有影响到地表的建筑和设施的正常使用。

Abstract:In order to master optimal mixing proportion of waste rock that were filled the thin coal seam through the pump.We compared and analyzed the cement and CaO influence on the strength of filling body with different dosage under the condition of different benchmark mixture ratio through a series of uniaxial compressive strength test.Engineering practice shows that the rock movement of C1661 filling work surface was controlled well,and it didn't impact the normal use of buildings and facilities of the surface.
