TPU/ATH/云母复合材料的制备及阻燃性能研究

摘    要:以经表面处理或未经表面处理的氢氧化铝(ATH)与云母、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)制备复合材料。采用垂直燃烧法和极限氧指数法研究了TPU/ATH和TPU/ATH/云母复合材料的阻燃性能,考察了ATH及云母的用量对复合材料的阻燃性的影响。结果表明:当TPU与ATH质量比为100/(70~80)时,复合材料具有很好的阻燃性能;经表面处理的ATH可以进一步改善复合材料的阻燃性能;云母的加入不影响复合材料的阻燃性能,但能改善其加工性能,降低产品价格。

Abstract:Two types of aluminum trihydrate (ATH), with or without surface treatment, and mica were incorporated into TPU composites. The flame retardancy of these composites was subjected to vertical burning (UL 94) and oxygen index test. When the loading of ATH was between 70 and 80 phr, the composites showed a good flame retardacy with those containing surface treated ATH being better. The inclusion of mica did not affect the flame retardancy of the composites. However, it may improve the processability of the composites.
