宽粒级煤泥浮选机循环量对马兰粗煤泥分选效果的影响研究

摘    要:采用计算流体力学软件FLUENT对增设挡板后浮选机内流场进行了气液2相数值模拟。通过对矿浆循环量、气泡轴向速度、湍流强度的分析得出:循环量改变后浮选机流场更加合理。最后使用不同挡板面积的浮选机做了浮选试验,试验结果表明:减小高位循环量后,精煤产率增幅最高可达7.57%,尾煤灰分提高了8.46%。

Abstract:The effect of the baffle was investigated by computational fluid dynamics soft on the water phase and the gas phase.The numerical simulation results show that the flow field distribution of the wide-size-fraction coal flotation machine is more reasonable.In the end,it is certified by the laboratory flotation tests on the different wide-size-fraction coal flotation machine that the flotation concentrates yield increased 7.57 percent and the tailings ash content increased 8.46 percent.
