水力冲孔影响范围数值模拟研究与应用

摘    要:针对某矿为了解决"三软"低透气性突出煤层抽采困难,采用水力冲孔卸压增透强化抽采措施时遇到的影响范围难以确定的问题,通过分析水力冲孔作用机理,运用瓦斯流动理论与方法建立钻孔周围流固耦合模型;利用COMSOL Multiphysics数值模拟软件对水力冲孔的卸压增透范围进行模拟,采用现场试验的方法对数值模拟结果进行考察,验证了数值模拟的正确性。

Abstract:The mine used hydraulic borehole flushing method to promote the pressure relief and permeability increase of coal seam and to solve the problem of extraction difficult in the "Three soft"low permeability coal seams.In order to solve the problem of influence region difficult to determine,this text analysis the mechanism of hydraulic borehole flushing,set up the fluid-structure interaction model by using the gas flow theory and the method;used COMSOL Multiphysics numerical simulation software to simulate the pressure relief and permeability increase range of hydraulic borehole flushing;Adopt the method of field test to investigate the numerical simulation results,and verified the correctness of numerical simulation results.
