车床尾座体六面回转钻夹具三维结构设计及有限元分析

摘    要:基于一次装夹、多面加工的设计理念进行车床尾座体六面回转钻夹具的三维结构设计,并对夹紧力及定位误差进行了分析。同时采用SolidWorks软件中的Simulation插件,对六面回转钻夹具中受力最大的回转座进行了有限元分析。该夹具一次装夹工件即可实现连续完成6个表面孔的加工,在批量生产时保证了加工精度,大大提高了生产效率。

Abstract:Three-dimensional structure design of lathe tailstock body six rotary drilling fixture have been on based on design idea that one time clamping,machining,and the clamping force and the error of location is analyzed.At the same time,the use of SolidWorks software in the Simulation plug-in,the finite element analysis is carried out about the six rotary drill rotating seat clamp force maximum.The clamp is a clamping workpiece machining can be realized for complete.The six surface holes of the workpiece can be machined continuously by the fixture,ensure the machining accuracy in mass production and improve the production efficiency greatly.
