孤岛工作面煤层注水工艺技术研究

摘    要:针对孤岛工作面的特殊地质条件,从钻孔施工、封孔方式及注水工艺等方面对煤层注水工艺进行不断试验和改进。试验结果表明:采用螺旋钻杆辅以压风的排渣方式,不同地点采用不同的封孔方式,低压多孔小流量的注水工艺能够改善注水效果,满足实际注水需要。

Abstract:In the light of the special geological conditions of island working face,constantly test and improvement of coal injection technology were made from drilling,hole sealing method and water injection process.From the experimental data,it was found that the discharging modes which were used spiral drill pipe with compressed air,the sealing methods which were changed with the places,the water injection technique with low voltage small porous flow,can improve water flooding effect and meet the requirements of actual infusion.
