气化法制备金属超细粉末的有关问题探讨

摘    要:就电弧气化过程中金属超细粉末形成的机理作了进一步分析,研究了影响粉末粒度和产率的一些规律。提出了粉末粒度控制和提高产粉量的一些工艺要求,并通过系统压差实验和对反应液面吹气量实验进一步验证了理论分析的正确性。

Abstract:The paper describes and analysies the mechanisms of the formation of metals ultrarefine powders in the electric arc and gasification. In the paper, some principles which affect the particle size and output of the powders are also studied, some process conditions are included to control the particle size and to develop the output of the powders. By means of the test of differential pressure of system and the test of blow quantity of reaction liquids surface, the analysis of the mechanisms is proved to be correct.
